Ashish Chandrakant Mithole. I completed B.E. in Information Technology in the year 2010. After completing B.E. (the last practical) on 2-May-2010, I joined TIME on the very next day, i.e., on 3-May-2010. It was in TIME where I realized that I am passionate about teaching. This was the discovery of my love for teaching. I got selected in TCS through campus recruitment and joined TCS on 27-September-2010. I resigned from TCS on 2-July-2012 to begin my journey with Concept Academy.
After resigning from TCS, I founded Concept Academy in Amravati. While I was pursuing B.E., and even after that, I realized that there was a void between what students needed and what they got. My objective behind founding Concept Academy was to fill this void, and give to the students what they exactly needed.
I was the first (as per my knowledge) to start regular batches for GATE-CS-IT in Amravati. I wanted the students to start thinking about something big like joining IITs ,IISc and NITs. I wanted the students to stop thinking about the routine things. Those students who wanted to prepare for GATE had to go to Hyderabad or some other cities; I did not like this. I was thinking about giving good GATE coaching in Amravati so that students can prepare for GATE and other similar exams right here in Amravati. I was brave enough to start a batch for GATE and I got some brave students like me. Finally the GATE batch started. The count was just 14. Now its 90+. I teach all the subjects in GATE-CS-IT (around 20 subjects) alone. I scored 99.88 percentile in GATE-2014. This is an exciting, challenging and thrilling job and I enjoy doing it...!!!!
But its not only GATE that I love to teach. My desire for teaching and learning Aptitude compelled me to start batches for Aptitude. Students liked it very much and benefited much from it. Many of my students got placed in reputed MNCs like TCS, Persistent, Cognizant, Tech Mahindra, Infosys etc. My first batch of Aptitude had 16 students who decided to learn Aptitude from me while I was working with TCS. I used to come to Amravati from Pune on weekends and teach Aptitude to them. Around 13 out of those 16 cleared the TCS Aptitude and got selected in TCS.
I do not stop here. I am also (equally!) interested in teaching programming languages. I love C programming more than any other programming languages because I believe "C" is the mother of all programming languages and studying "C" thoroughly benefits the most. I like to stick to the basics and fundamentals. I do not like running after "cosmetic" technologies. I like new technologies which are fundamental in nature.
